Delivery service

We collaborate with the courier Bartolini for our shipments.
Bartolini delivers from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times

We provide a fast shipping service with estimated delivery times of 24/48 hours.
However, delivery times are indicative and may vary based on the destination
and other factors beyond our control.

Order shipping

Orders placed by 1:00 PM (local time) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
In some cases, such as during peak order periods or exceptional circumstances,
additional time may be required for preparation and shipping.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Italy: Free

Cash on delivery option: 10 € surcharge

Shipping within Europe: 14.99 € surcharge

Shipping outside Europe: 39.99 € surcharge

Spare part compatibility

The compatibility of spare parts is verified exclusively through direct contact
with our staff, via chat (WhatsApp) or by phone, before purchase.


FP Crash does not guarantee compatibility of spare parts purchased without requesting
and obtaining prior confirmation through our support channels.

Returns for compatibility errors

In case of a compatibility error attributable to the customer
(failure to request compatibility verification, incorrect or incomplete data provided,
or purchase made without confirmation from our staff),
the return will be at the customer's expense.


Once the spare part is returned and verified to be intact, not installed, and in original condition,
a refund will be issued net of the shipping costs incurred for the initial shipment.
Even in cases where shipping is marked as free, the related logistical cost is still borne by the company.

Tracking of shipments

Once the order is placed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number
to allow you to monitor the delivery status.
You can use the tracking number both on the Bartolini courier's website
and on ours to obtain updated information on the shipment.

Returns and Refunds


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.
It is also mandatory to include the receipt in the package.

Returns due to compatibility error

In the event that the return is due to a compatibility error attributable to the customer

  • the return will be at the customer's expense;
  • the spare part must be returned intact, not installed, and in the original condition;
  • the refund will be made net of the shipping costs incurred for the initial shipment.


Even in cases where shipping is indicated as free,
the related logistical cost is still borne by the company and will therefore be deducted from the refund.


Exempt from this case are returns due to errors attributable to FP Crash
or product defects.
