Delivery service
We collaborate with the courier Bartolini for our shipments. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery times
We provide a fast shipping service with estimated delivery times of 24/48 hours. However, delivery times are indicative and may vary based on the destination location and other factors beyond our control.
Order shipping
Orders placed by 1:00 PM (local time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
In some cases, such as during periods of high order influx or exceptional circumstances, additional time may be required for preparation and shipping.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Italy (excluding islands): Free
Supplement for shipping to Italian islands: 10 €
Cash on delivery option: Additional 10 €
Shipping to Europe: Additional 14.99 €
Shipping outside Europe: Additional 19.99 €
Spare parts compatibility
Compatibility checks for spare parts are conducted exclusively through direct contact with our staff, via chat (WhatsApp) or by phone, prior to purchase.
For an accurate check, it is necessary to provide complete and accurate data (license plate, VIN, registration document, and/or photo of the spare part to be replaced).
FP Crash cannot guarantee compatibility of spare parts purchased without having requested and obtained prior confirmation through our support channels.
Returns due to compatibility error
In the event that the spare part is found to be incompatible due to an error attributable to the customer (for example, failure to request compatibility verification, incorrect or incomplete data provided, or purchase made without confirmation from our staff):
the return will be at the customer's expense;
once the spare part has been returned and verified to be intact, not installed, and in original condition, a refund will be issued;
the refund will be made net of the shipping costs incurred for the initial sending.
Even in cases where shipping is indicated as free, the related logistical cost is still borne by the company and will therefore be deducted from the refund.
Returns due to errors attributable to FP Crash or product defects are excluded from this case.
Tracking of shipments
Once the order is placed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to allow you to monitor the status of the delivery. You can use the tracking number both on the Bartolini courier's website and on ours.
Shipping address
Make sure to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of order. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user.
